Do we need to already be using AI tools to work with you?
Not at all. In fact, most of our engagements begin with organizations that are curious but haven't yet committed to any particular tools. The governance framework engagement, for example, is specifically designed to help you build a thoughtful foundation before major technology adoption decisions are made.
How long does each program take to complete?
The governance and ethics framework takes 4 weeks. The workflow pilot runs for 8 weeks. Our enterprise training and change management program spans 16 weeks. These timelines are paced intentionally โ€” to allow your team to absorb each phase before moving forward.
How many people from our organization need to be involved?
It depends on the engagement. The governance framework works best with leadership involvement and a small working group. The workflow pilot is designed for teams of 5 to 30. The enterprise program serves organizations with 50 or more employees, involving department leads, managers, and front-line staff at different phases.
What does the pricing include?
Each program's listed price covers the full engagement as described โ€” workshops, documentation, configuration support, training materials, and any post-delivery review sessions specified. There are no hidden add-ons. If your needs fall outside a standard program's scope, we'll discuss that clearly before any commitment.
How do you handle employee data and privacy during the process?
Privacy is central to how we operate. Our approach aligns with Canada's PIPEDA framework throughout every engagement. We build employee consent considerations into our governance deliverables, and we do not retain client data beyond what's needed to deliver the program.
Can we start with a smaller engagement and scale later?
Yes โ€” and this is a path many of our clients take. Starting with the governance framework or a workflow pilot gives your organization a concrete experience of AI integration without the scale of a full enterprise program. The pilot report explicitly includes recommendations for scaling or adjusting based on what you learned.
